The feast of the patron saint michael the archangel is celebrated in two separate phases: the last sunday of may with all the saints and in june with the feast of st. Michael the grottelle. In may, on this occasion, the statue of st. Francis of assisi from the convent "goes to visit" to the archangel michael for the solemn mass in the parish church dating back to the ix - x century.
The statues of st. Francis and st. Anthony are placed along the aisles of the church and at the end of the mass, are arranged on the square in front of waiting for the output of the patron saint that was adorned with tufts of cherries. The procession through the streets of the old town, attended by representatives of various religious congregations with their banners while the women wear the "girded" wax.
