Feast of white Artichoke

Event focuses on artichoke white variety grown in the countryside aulettese flavor tasty and delicate with their characteristic white color. Are organized in the square and along the main streets of the country many stands with local produce and crafts, an exhibition and photography competitions, a special lottery, guided tours of the country where you can visit the castle, many shows of popular music and entertainment the children.

To inaugurate the festival prepares a costume parade with typical songs and dances of the folk tradition aulettese. In the evening, visitors can buy fresh artichoke or taste it in many traditional dishes from the first to the ice cream.
