The festival was created to promote the traditional local cuisine, for the occasion organized in environments such as cellars and gates of the ancient buildings of the old village, tasting of turnovers (ravioli stuffed with ricotta), mutton, sausage, roasted vegetables, homemade bread, wine and typical "vicciddi" or donuts potatoes with mint and sage from soft consistency. They are also arranged exhibitions on craft and typical products.
