I introduce me: I am a simple man that still looks at the world with the curiosity and the amazement of a baby.
I have a great family, of pure cilentan blood. I was born in Rutino, in the post-fascist period, I have lived the great Italian economic boom, seen six Popes, Italy winning two world cups. Grown with an uncontrollable desire to capture emotions with my companion of adventure, through photographic releases from the North Pole to the South Pole, from Palestine to Guatemala.
I am advisor in the bookkeeping and fiscal circle but as soon as I am able, I detach with my everyday life and I leave without limits, making pictures of all is important to share and communicate: the peculiarity of a face, the spell of a sunset, the power of the falls in flood, an alley that tells the history, the art in every form.
In front of so many beauties, I have also decided to devote me to my extraordinary territory for so many locations and to disclose it in a true and unpublished dress.
The mission that this passion feeds is to deliver to the history my work in three volumes: “T’aggia fa vere ‘u Ciliento” – “I’d like to show you Cilento” equipped from about 2000 artistic pictures representing arcs, alleys, churches and bell towers, wild panoramas, clear skies, indescribable sceneries following paths along the ridges of the hills, crossing woods and touching villages or abandoned rural contexts.
Landscapes that bring us to the magic and atavistic silences, dense of traces of the passage of the man and his existence.
